Rates:

Fees vary depending whether you are engaged in either individual or group therapy.

Aetna, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare and Oscar

Out of Network

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan out-of-network. If so, I will help you submit the necessary paperwork for your insurance benefits.

Please note that most health insurance plans have separate mental health policies.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• Do I have out -of-network mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible for mental health and has it been met? 

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment:

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.  Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by phone, text or email at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
