Women's Recovery Group
This group is open to women who have maintained a minimum of 6 months of sobriety and who are motivated to work on daily abstinence from alcohol and all mood altering substances. We focus on the 12 step concepts of recovery, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and coping skills.
FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP
This group is open to parents, adult children and siblings who need support in coping with their loved one's addiction. The purpose of this group is to educate families on the disease concept of addiction, the recovery process of the addict, and the recovery process of family members effected. In this group you will gain learn how to implement healthy boundaries that will support you and your family members. In addition, the group will help you gain the support and understanding of others coping with the similar challenges.
This group is a coed group open to the spouses, partners, or significant others of those who suffer from addiction to alcohol and all mood altering substances. This is a coed support group that will address the struggles of living with a loved one suffering from addiction. Together we will learn to establish healthy boundaries and unlearn dysfunctional behaviors.
