Life can be filled with challenging moments, situations and relationships.  Such encounters can cause depression, anxiety and isolation.  If you are reading this page, you have already gained the courage to make the first step toward growth and change.  Change is a process not an event.  It takes time, to explore the past and the present in order to recognize life patterns and dynamics which affect our relationships, career and overall emotional and physical well being.  I believe that all people are unique in their own way and their rate of recovery and change should have its own path.  I will meet each client where they are at in their journey and I will strive to create a safe, supportive environment that encourages a therapeutic connection, honesty, authenticity and direction for a healthier lifestyle.  

Not all people seek therapy due to a crisis in their life, however suffering can be merely feeling stuck or confused about a current path they may find themselves on.  Everyone has their own life story and needs to be understood, therefore a non-judgmental, safe environment may be beneficial in the trajectory in one's life in order to continue to grow and change in a peaceful and healthy way.
